In-store Sales
The majority of our stock is secondhand/vintage/antique/recycled goods and as such, they are sold as seen. Customers must satisfy themselves as to the condition, size and colour. No refunds or returns accepted after purchase.
All new goods purchased can be returned if faulty for exchange, repair or refund within 30 days of purchase.
All secondhand electrical items are sold as strictly decorative only unless PAT tested. If customers intend to use them, they should ensure that the item is thoroughly checked and tested by a competent person before use. No untested items are ready to use.
Any items damaged in store are payable in full by the responsible party.
All items must be collected within 14 days unless previously agreed with The Holly.
Telephone and Online Sales
We do not offer purchasing online. Any items that you view on the website or social media pages and are available to view at The Holly and can be purchased (subject to availability) in-store or over the telephone. As many of our items are secondhand/vintage/antique/recycled goods, we strongly advise viewing in person prior to purchase to ensure satisfaction.
We do not offer delivery or postage. As such, any returns must be returned to the shop by the customer (in the same condition as it left) within 14 days to remain valid for return. The Holly is not responsible for any items damaged in transit.
